Dutch Farm Cheese

Young cheese has aged about 4 weeks. It’s texture is very soft and the tast is the mildest in the range. Young cheese is kids favourit (as it’s mild). It goes well on a sandwich. However, don’t use other ingredients with strong flavour as this cheese’s tast will quickly be over powered by the other. Young Cheese is great for snacking in cubes during a picknick, with a beer, or a glass of white wine.
